05 | How to start a 3STEP

Have you ever participated in a 3STEP? The 3STEP is a collaboration between the lab technician and the clinician, where each must validate the work of the other by understanding the patient from both an aesthetic and functional perspective. In this lecture, I will explain how to initiate the 3STEP project as a team, rather than simply delegating all the work to the lab technician and risking it being done incorrectly. A clinician must oversee each rehabilitation and supervise the laboratory work. There is no perfect lab technician, only a well-trained one.
